Heart Centered Healing is a mother-daughter wellness company based in Indianapolis that curates events and experiences leading people back to their heart space.
Our mission is to help our clients improve their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being through the combination of individual practices and community healing workshops.

My name is Jessica and I am a certified Usui Reiki practitioner based in Indianapolis, IN. I was inspired to pursue the practice of Reiki in 2020, during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic, as I saw so many people struggling with their mental health. I wanted to help people through their challenges and offer them a sense of peace and relaxation. In addition, I received my Professional Life Coach certification from Transformation Academy in 2024. Ever since I can remember, I have been called to share space with people who do not feel seen or heard. All that I do for this practice is led from my ancestors, sprit guides, angels, God, mother nature and the universe. The truth is…we all have the power within us. My goal is to help you see yourself and YOUR truth in order to shift the collective to a higher frequency.

I have been a caregiver most of my life–either as a registered nurse, adult nurse practitioner or providing care for family elders. Early in my nursing career, I understood the importance of a holistic approach to health and healing. In 2013, I started to learn Healing Touch and completed Level 3, incorporating it into my practice. My own health concerns in 2019, worsened by stress, helped me realize I could use what I had learned to help heal myself! The pandemic highlighted for me, the toll of stress on our mind, body and spirit as well as the importance of heart centered connectedness to ourselves and others. I joined my daughter, Jessica, to add Reiki as another healing method and became a Certified Usui Reiki Practitioner and Master Teacher in 2022. My intention is to help you and teach you to create a healing inner environment for your highest and best good so you can shine your light!
